Background on Lyn

Lyn worked in London as an assistant underwriter in Lloyds Insurance Brokers, for Price Waterhouse, in the Albery theatre, in the financial sector in Sydney Australia and Hotel Management. After 20 year business/life experience she knew coaching was for her.

"I rang about 50 life coaches around the country and asked what training they had enjoyed and which had been successful. I found the best models for me and trained with Results Coaching Systems. I then spent two years expanding po10shall and have continued my professional development by completing a Pg. Cert. in Coaching and Development with Performance Consultants (Sir John Whitmore) and the University of Portsmouth.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and an Associate member of the Association of Coaching."

How do you Coach?

I coach by listening and asking appropriate questions. Together with the client we step through a number of proven models enabling the individual to develop their understanding of their own life, challenges, issues and a use this methodology to help people think for themselves.

Taking individuals and allowing them to express themselves honestly in a totally confidential environment can be one of the most rewarding gifts a person receives when they employ a coach.
